Driving Business Performance through Inclusion and Wellbeing
As the relationship between inclusion and wellbeing at work become increasing interconnected, our new Driving Business Performance through Inclusion and Wellbeing programme examines new evidence that focuses on the root causes of workplace ill health as well as a science-based framework for creating a wellness culture.
Specifically, our new programme covers:

- How inclusion and psychological safety drives employee wellbeing and overall organisational health
- How to measure organisational health through a combined inclusion and wellness framework
- Understanding the 5 root causes that create unhealthy workplaces
- Understanding the emotional tax faced by diverse colleagues and how it can be effectively addressed
- Creating new habits that drive wellbeing at work: the role and responsibilities of leaders, managers and employees in implementing workplace wellbeing strategies that actually work
This programme draws on the latest research from the fields of wellbeing, inclusion and employee engagement. The programme is practical in nature, using case studies and scenarios that are relevant and resonate, whilst providing best practice tools and skills to leaders, managers and employees.

Apply a combined inclusion and wellbeing framework to measure organisational health and diagnose risk areas within teams or the wider organisation.

Implement practical, evidence‑based habits and strategies to build a wellness culture, clearly defining the roles of leaders, managers, and employees in driving long‑term wellbeing at work.
