Throughout her career, Shagufta has worked with notable organisations such as Girlguiding, WISE (Women in Science & Engineering), and the Department for Transport, honing her skills in developing and implementing effective DEI initiatives. Her approach is rooted in finding innovative solutions, leveraging data, and employing evidence-based strategies to drive meaningful change.
