Phil McQuillen is Culture, Diversity & People Lead at E.ON UK, where he is also chair of their Pride Network, supporting the LGBTQIA community.

He is an LGBTQIA leader committed to transforming workplace environments into inclusive and safe spaces where everyone can thrive. His background in leading large field and office based operations have driven his passion in creating people-centric strategies that empower individuals and teams to fulfill their potential.
