Louisa holds the role of Head of Engagement and Inclusivity at Volkswagen Group UK, where she leads progressive change by embedding inclusivity and colleague experience into the organisation’s culture and ways of working. With over 15 years of experience in HR, organisational development, and employee engagement, Louisa is a results-driven, award-winning leader committed to fostering environments where individuals and businesses can thrive.
Since joining VWG in 2011, Louisa has held senior roles across HR Business Partnering, Organisation Development, and Engagement. She has played a key role in shaping the Group’s DE&I strategy, advancing inclusive leadership, and championing initiatives that elevate colleague voice and sense of belonging. Prior to VWG, Louisa held leadership roles at TUI UK, delivering large-scale transformation and award-winning change programmes in partnership with senior stakeholders.
