FAIRER Conference is back in London for 2026
Register your interest in attending our third annual invite-only conference on 22 October, bringing together senior HR, DE&I, L&D and wellbeing leaders for a day of practical insight, peer learning and honest conversation.
Tickets are £249 + VAT per person.
This year’s programme explores how organisations can balance people, performance and resilience in an increasingly complex world of work.
Through keynote sessions, real-world case studies and interactive roundtables, we'll discuss three key themes:
- Strategic alignment – reframing the business case for fairness and inclusion, measuring meaningful impact, and building cultures of trust that drive performance.
- Sustainable wellbeing – addressing burnout, creating healthier workplace cultures, and using data to understand wellbeing, belonging and organisational health.
- People-centred leadership – developing leaders who build psychological safety, inspire trust, and create high-performing, inclusive teams.
