Keiren Sharman is an award-winning DE&I advocate and a recognised Top 100 Game Changer for his impact in the LGBTQ+ space. He currently serves as Head of Portfolio Management at Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets and Co-chair of the Rainbow LGBT Network at Lloyds. With over a decade of dedicated involvement in workplace inclusion, Keiren has played a pivotal role in shaping safe, visible, and empowering spaces for LGBTQIA colleagues.
For more than 12 years, Keiren has sat on the steering committee for LGBTQIA initiatives within the financial services sector, including serving as Co-chair of the Interbank LGBT Network. His advocacy is deeply personal, having experienced exclusion early in his career, and he now uses his voice to drive change, educate others, and champion authentic representation. His belief in the power of storytelling continues to inspire colleagues and allies across the industry.
Keiren regularly speaks on the importance of LGBTQ+ History Month, representation in corporate leadership, and the intersection of policy and lived experience in DE&I.
