Julie Thomas is currently the Director of Inclusion, Diversity & Equity at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), responsible for leading the strategic direction and enterprise-wide integration of the inclusion and diversity agenda across 31 countries. Julie is an inclusion and wellbeing specialist with more than 10 years’ experience across a number of geographies. Prior to that, she worked for 15 years in marketing and communications for companies including Zurich Insurance, Cable & Wireless and University College London. When not working, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, her three cats and running.
