Joanne is the Head of Inclusion & Culture, EMEA & Asia Pac at DLA Piper. With over a decade of experience in the Inclusion & Culture space and a background in finance and psychology, she combines academic rigour, advanced research skills, and strategic business insight to drive transformative and sustainable change. She is a trustee, a guest lecturer, and an international speaker. Joanne is committed to contributing to academia and solving complex business problems through a doctorate on the topic of privilege and inclusion in relation to Race, Gender and Class.
