Helen is Global Head of Culture & Community at Freshfields. She is responsible for leading the firms global culture, inclusion, wellbeing and community impact strategy including the design and implementation of programming partnerships, engagement, and talent initiatives. She manages a global team and advises colleagues and clients on strategy and culture change, delivering training and sharing best practices. As a Director she is part of the global leadership team for Business services, HR and Responsible Business and has over 20 years of experience in HR and talent having previously worked at Goldman Sachs and Baker McKenzie.
