Hannah Pearsall

Hannah Pearsall is the Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing at Hays, where she has built a career spanning over two decades across diverse roles that have deepened her understanding of the world of work. Since 2019, she has been at the forefront of championing employee wellbeing, driven by a genuine passion for helping organisations recognise the powerful influence the workplace has on individual, organisational, and societal health.

Hannah’s approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, supporting both individuals and organisations to achieve and sustain high performance through a culture of wellbeing. A regular speaker at industry conferences, she shares thought leadership on workplace wellbeing, mental health, and the evolving role of employers in supporting holistic health.

Her commitment is shaped by both personal experience and professional dedication. Hannah is a licensed Mental Health First Aid England Instructor and an accredited Wellbeing Coach. She has recently completed her MSc in Workplace Health and Wellbeing, further expanding her expertise to better support thriving workplaces.

In 2025, Hannah and her team were proud to be recognised as Wellbeing Team of the Year at the Inside Out Awards, a testament to their impactful work and dedication to fostering a mentally healthy workplace.

Beyond her role at Hays, Hannah actively contributes to the wider wellbeing community. She is part of the leadership team at Let’s Improve Workplace Wellbeing and serves on the BSI committee developing the first workplace standard for suicide prevention, advancing meaningful change across sectors.
