Em is an EDI leader focused on culture transformation. Her experience spans LGBTQ+ inclusion, race equity, and intersectionality. She brings 8 years’ experience as a Metropolitan Police officer and has gone on to drive strategic change programmes with the NHS, Sainsbury’s, and Innovate UK. She’s featured in “My Sh*t Therapist & Other Mental Health Stories”, serves on R;pple Suicide Prevention Charity’s advisory board and is a certified Diversity-to-Belonging Facilitator.
