Brit Pickering has been an influential part of NESO's People Function since 2024, joining as the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Manager. Previously, Brit was in Warwickshire Police, where she successfully led their DEIB efforts and improved the relationship between Warwickshire’s diverse communities and the Police. Her passion for DEIB began at university, she then began to specialise in equality legislation and culture change. Brit is dedicated to truly making a difference not only in NESO but in the communities NESO serves.
