Annisha is a pioneering culture and change strategist with over 15 years’ experience driving equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) across the public, private and voluntary sectors.
Currently Head of EDI at Ofcom, Annisha has held influential roles at the BBC and John Lewis Partnership, shaping inclusive behaviours and systems within media, regulatory and retail landscapes.
Her work is rooted in collaboration, accountability and real-world impact, supporting teams, advising boards and partnering with grassroots organisations to move beyond statements and into sustainable, sector-wide change.
Annisha is known for her ability to translate complex cultural challenges into actionable strategies that improve workplace wellbeing, belonging and performance.
Outside of her professional roles, Annisha is a Fellow at the Institute for Equity University Centre and serves as a Trustee at The BRIT School. She is also a dedicated community leader and primary school governor, advocating for inclusive education, culture and business.
