Alicia McDonnell is Group Head of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at Manchester Airport Group. Throughout her career Alicia has embedded and matured innovative programmes, to enhance DEI standards, operations, and behaviours, across organisations and industries.
As passionate about people, as they are about performance, Alicia’s purpose is to fuse both social and organisation value, into everything they do to make lasting and meaningful change!
Outside of the office Alicia is a board trustee, fanatic book lover, sun chaser and mother to three wonderful children.
