Who Gets to Build the Connected Future? An Inclusion Roundtable for Telecoms
Who Gets to Build the Connected Future? An Inclusion Roundtable for Telecoms
Telecoms is undergoing significant change. Network modernisation, automation and AI are reshaping jobs, skills and customer services across the sector. But the opportunities and risks created by that transformation will not be experienced equally.
This interactive roundtable will bring together people working across HR, DEI, culture, talent, leadership, employee experience and other inclusion-focused roles within Telecoms. FAIRER will open with a short overview of the key trends, including access to future skills, the experiences of field and customer-facing employees, automated performance management, workplace accessibility and the uneven distribution of flexibility and progression.
Participants will then discuss the challenges emerging within their organisations, compare approaches and consider how employees can have meaningful influence over changes that affect their work. The session will also explore the connection between inclusion inside Telecoms organisations and the sector’s wider responsibility for accessible and equitable connectivity.
