October 2024 will see the introduction of new duties related to sexual harassment in the workplace. The Worker Protection Act 2023 (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) will oblige employers to change their approach from reactive to proactive and preventative in the management of such behaviours.

This webinar, hosted by DE&I Consultant Barry Boffy, will highlight proactive ways employers can prepare for the change. We will delve into the dos and don’ts, while exploring employers’ responsibilities in relation to the new legislative shift.

This practical how-to session will discuss the revision of workplace practices and policies, from establishing reporting registers to providing anti-harassment training for employees.

Register for our session to ensure you meet the duty when the legislation comes into effect in October 2024.
