Webinar: Dealing with the rise of the Right: A Corporate Response
Over the last few weeks, the UK has witnessed a series of urban conflicts. Facilitated by far-right groups on social media, these conflicts in over 15 UK cities represent the worst race-hate riots the UK has witnessed in over 50 years. And while policymakers will, over the next few months, draw their own conclusions on the root causes of these conflicts, for HR and DE&I professionals a number of critical questions arise:
- How does the rise of identity politics impact workplace culture and wider DE&I efforts?
- What role and responsibilities do employers have in protecting employees from hate speech both at work and in society at large?
- Where are the boundaries for social media usage by employees?
- How do employers begin to integrate a programme of corporate cohesion with their DE&I approach?
- How can HR and DE&I professionals help to move the dial towards a more comprehensive approach to inclusion management by on the principles of fairness for all?
Hosted by Dan Robertson, Global MD of FAIRER Consulting, this 1-hour interactive session will address these key critical questions and more. The webinar will offer very practical solutions and a series of best practice case studies. The session will be an opportunity to share your own experiences and best practice, as well as hearing best practice tips from other participants working across a wide range of industries.
