Home   /   Events   /   Diversity & inclusion seminars   /  Developing High-Performing Teams: Unlocking Neurodivergent Talent

Following the success of our first two sessions - attended by over 150 senior leaders - we are delighted to invite you to the next instalment of our Tech, HR & Finance Leadership Series, in partnership with Hays.

In earlier sessions, we explored how to attract and retain neurodivergent talent. In this this session, we will turn our focus to a critical next step: developing neurodivergent talent for high performance. High-performing teams don’t need to be complicated and embracing inclusive development doesn’t mean adding complexity through multiple learning styles or increased management overhead. It means designing smarter, more accessible approaches to growth.

Join a panel of experienced industry leaders and experts who are shaping more inclusive and effective organisations. With decades of professional expertise and lived neurodivergent experience, you can expect honest conversations, practical insights, and real-world stories.
