Laura is the Partnership Manager at FAIRER Consulting. She is an experienced sales manager with over 10 years’ experience within public sector recruitment and has a passion for DE&I and Wellbeing.
Laura has previous led a national ERG for Parents and Carers in Hays and has played an active role in supporting the business identify opportunities for their employees to be supported. She has also chaired a Wellbeing Committee at a regional level and is a qualified Mental Health First Aider with Mental Health First Aid England and is a CPD certified Financial Wellbeing Champion.
Her passion for DE&I spans almost two decades and she holds a BA hons degree in Deaf Studies. Her dissertation specialised in Deaf People and the Criminal Justice System and she holds a BSL level 3 qualification.
