Laura is the Inclusion Partner at FAIRER Consulting. She is an experienced people leader with over 15 years’ experience within recruitment, learning and development, Inclusion and Wellbeing.
Laura has previous chaired a national ERG for Parents and Carers and has played an active role in supporting the business identify opportunities for their employees to be supported. She has also chaired a Wellbeing Committee at a regional level and is a qualified Mental Health First Aider with Mental Health First Aid England and is a CPD certified Financial Wellbeing Champion.
Her passion for DE&I spans almost two decades and she holds a BA hons degree in Deaf Studies. Her dissertation specialised in Deaf People and the Criminal Justice System, and she holds a BSL level 3 qualification.
Committed to lifelong learning, Laura is currently completing her CIPD level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management.
